Guardianship for an orphan

Guardianship or care over the child is established by the court order or the order of the local guardianship authority.

Guardianship is necessary for an orphan (both parents deceased), a child deprived of parental care (parents are alive, but deprived of parental rights) or to a person with limited capacity.
